Le Phare Elementary School

Many thanks to our guests who came out to enjoy a wonderful time and show their support for our school and community. Special guests included area school trustee, David Moen and Raymond Way, Special Assistant, Francophone Affairs Minister’s Office.

The auction program was considerably longer than last’s year to include many live and silent items ranging from special romantic weekends for two and family fun savings to dining out certificates and fantastic baskets.

Fundraising for an event of this scale required many volunteers who: took a leadership or coordination role, planned and organized, solicited donations, recruited volunteers, catalogued and prepared auction items, set up logistics, wrote advertising, layout the program, placed signage, handed out flyers, baked or cooked, served at the event, worked the registration and cash, took photos of the event and the list goes on.
